What will I learn?
Over 6 weeks, you’ll explore:
- Build strength through essential movement patterns — push, pull, squat, core, and balance
- Learn how to scale bodyweight exercises to your level (and how to level up)
- Train for skills like pull-ups, dips, handstands, pistol squats, and more
- Discover how to use your body to create real strength without heavy weights
- Develop a movement philosophy that blends strength, mobility, and play
- Identify and overcome your personal sticking points (like mobility or coordination)

- 6x 90-minute in-person sessions (1 per week)
- Mobility drills, movement games, and skills practice
- Small group size for individualised support
- Access to a private WhatsApp group for community + accountability
- Resources to support your practice at home
- Optional performance testing and a goal review at the end
