  • Crave a training style that blends strength, mobility, and fun
  • Want a practice you can take anywhere — gym, park, or holiday
  • Are ready to build lasting confidence and vitality through movement

What will I learn?
Over 6 weeks, you’ll explore:

  • Build strength through essential movement patterns — push, pull, squat, core, and balance
  • Learn how to scale bodyweight exercises to your level (and how to level up)
  • Train for skills like pull-ups, dips, handstands, pistol squats, and more
  • Discover how to use your body to create real strength without heavy weights
  • Develop a movement philosophy that blends strength, mobility, and play
  • Identify and overcome your personal sticking points (like mobility or coordination)

💪 WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • 6x 90-minute in-person sessions (1 per week)
  • Mobility drills, movement games, and skills practice
  • Small group size for individualised support
  • Access to a private WhatsApp group for community + accountability
  • Resources to support your practice at home
  • Optional performance testing and a goal review at the end
